About the Project

This dual-brand concept featuring two of Marriott’s newest brands is located overlooking of Sea World and Aquatica in Orlando. The seven story block and plank structure contains a 144 room Aloft Hotel and 140 Room Element Hotel. Each hotel contains its own food service, lobby, and dining, with shared fitness, laundry, and back of house areas.

The Aloft Hotel also sports a 3,000 SF ballroom/meeting space with an additional 1,300 SF of pre-function and independent food service, all overlooking the pool and splash pad area that gives this property a resort feel.

Kevin and Ben engaged by the owner to evaluate all aspects of the proposed design with a specific target budget.

That target was reached, saving the owner in excess of $4 Million.
