About the Project
The Cambria Hotel Conway Center is a 106 room version of the Choice Hotels prototype. SMC Construction worked alongside the owner and brand to value engineer the project to successfully achieve the budget.
Site work for the Cambria included deep demucking to alleviate the need for deep foundations, with nearly all of the site work being complete prior to the issuance of the building permit.
The outdoor pool area sits against the environmental preserve which provides a peaceful and private guest experience.
