About the Project

This project included the master redevelopment plan of a 6.5 acre site and design-build of the new 6-story, 117 room La Quinta Del Sol Hotel. Located at the I-95 & Speedway Blvd. gateway to the world famous Daytona Beach, Dale and the project team worked through multiple rounds of development approvals with city staff to bring this project to life.
