About the Project

This project nearly doubled the size of the existing facility, adding 3.5 Million square feet of total including 1 Million square feet of clean span exhibit space and 94 meeting rooms. This project also featured food courts, restaurants, 1,000-foot-long pre-function area and a 10,000 car parking garage. The parking garage is connected by a 1,400-foot-long pedestrian bridge spanning International Drive with moving walkways. 

Kevin was involved at the contract and permit level for the entire duration of the $500 million addition to the existing facility with the joint venture of Hunk-Clark-ConstructTwo. The schedule duration of the project was 42 months and it was completed on time.
