About the Project
This project was the final phase of the 8 Acre People’s Plaza project in Winter Garden, FL. CDG designed the shell building and the 4,500 SF clinical office, and worked alongside Gordon & Associates Architect LLC in the design of the 10,000 SF surgery center. The entire facility was built simultaneously by CDG and coordinated with the architects and owner to achieve the desired end result. The ambulatory surgery center contains three individual operating rooms and was put into service ahead of schedule and under budget. CDG emphasized the team approach to a successful development, and this project was a shining example of owner, contractor, architect, and lender working in sync to achieve exceptional results.
