About the Project

A longstanding entertainment venue near International Drive, Pirates Dinner Adventure was originally designed by Dale Parsons, with much of the original construction completed by Burkett Contracting. When Hurricane Irma struck Central Florida in September 2017, Pirates sustained significant damages with most of the roof tearing off and fire damage. This project consisted of complete replacement of the roofing systems and renovation of the interior to get the business back in operation.
