About the Project

The Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel was part of the 8-Acre People’s Plaza development in Winter Garden, FL. CDG designed and built this 4-story, block and plank hotel and assisted in the overall development of this asset for the owner. This project was the third consecutive hotel built for the same ownership group.
