About the Project
The project included the complete renovation of the Lobby, Coffee Bar, Gift Shop, Ballroom, Fitness Center,Bathrooms, and BOH of the existing Allure Resort on International Drive.
Through the design-build process and value engineering, our construction team finished the lobby & ballroom conversion to Holiday Inn more than 10% under the original budget.
